If he didnt give a rats butt about my disappointment of the product and shipping times, while ignoring my emails, Id hate to see how the rest of the customer service department treats their customers.

I received my order as expected. The only complaint is that the bands have a strong rubbery smell compared to others brands I have ordered. They are good quality though and I am satisfied. I will order again as long as price stays the same.

My son't coach gave each player a ball at the of the last season, and my son kicked his ball over our fence by accident where it met it's demise with the neighbor's dog. I contacted the coach and he pointed me to Epic sports. I was able to get the exact ball to replace the new chew toy, and my son is happy to have a new ball. Shipping was as indicated and we're happy with the product.
Interesting. Order $100 worth of softballs on 2/2. Don't get them until 2/14. Paid $12+ for shipping. Order $500 worth of merchandise from another company 2/4, pay NOTHING for shipping, get two huge heavy boxes on 2/9.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again!
