Paid extra for expedited 3 day shipping took 9 days to receive my order was told I would receive a credit for the difference yet have not received anything. Promised a team of girls they would have their team socks on the promised day of delivery but didn't happen and wasn't notified either. When I contacted epic about my concern all I was told was it was UPS fault for not going to pick up the package from them on time yet it still took additional days. And epic still has not reached out to make this right in any type of way. I have bought multiple things but never will i return again. Sadly I purchased other items following day of this order and received them a day early then 3 day shipping so I don't understand why it took so long and to blame UPS for not picking up on time. Nor would epic allow me to make another order for overnight delivery to get my girls socks on time. Worst service ever.
