I have made several purchases through Epic Sports and have been happy with the quality of the jersey's ordered. My most recent purchase was a set of jerseys that I needed a few weeks after placing the order so I selected the 3 day shipping option. The day before they were to be delivered I checked the status of my order and it hadn't been processed yet.
I emailed the customer service department and was told that they had moved their warehouse and office buildings and expected to only be a day or so behind (which to my knowledge would have still pushed my order back to me not receiving it on time). I was not notified of the possible delay to my order until I had contacted them, which is poor customer service. A situation that is known by the company that may delay orders is something that should be made known to EACH that places an order within that period of time. When asking them what can be done to compensate for this, as I had to purchase other jerseys on short notice that were of poor quality from another company, I was told only the expedited shipping cost would be compensated for and nothing else. Being a returning customer and one who has referred others to use this company many times, I'm highly upset at this response.

The sizes seemed to be off i.e. The Large's seemed to be more like XL. Also, the descriptions seemed a little misguiding.
However, I knew that this would be trial and error and I am happy with the prices and will be re-ordering in the near future.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
