I received my volleyballs in a timely manner. Great price, great service as always! I always use Epic sports to order my volleyball gear and equipment. Their prices are competitive and they always have the items that I'm looking for.
I thought the prices and delivery service were outstanding. The qualify of the hats was also good. However, one of the white hats was dirty, marks on the front and side of the hat.

When ordering customized hats, I could not see the end product before placing the order. We have always ordered from Epic but this was our first time calling customer service with a problem. The hats we received were incorrect and only have the letter "A" on them opposed to LP. The customer service gentleman was not helpful and basically blamed me for the mistake. They did nothing to help correct this order. I will not order any further items from this company. He was rude and made me feel disrespected.

14 of 15 pair of softball pants didnt fit correctly. We played switcharoo in order to get girls in the correct sizes. All the pants ran extremely small, while one parent went big and they were actually too big. All parents followed the guidelines of measurements, and none were accurate besides one. I called to see what could be done. All I get is sorry prices are so low that you will have to pay for 3 shipping amounts from $7-15 plus a restocking fee. I will be returning as many as we possibly can besides the Girls sizes.
I have a bad or defective ball never have used because it is defective. Need to return for a replacement.
