Found what we needed for less than other sites offered. Was not to happy that it would take 5-7 days to process the order then ship but that is something you have to plan for.
The pants fit well shipping a little slow but I ordered early. Nice color grey I do not like when they wont take my review unless I write so many words I always did not write one at all
Every other company sends confirmation upon delivery except you! They came and the fit is miserable, neck chokes and body too tight! Other brands same size fit perfect! Not happy!

I've received notices stating my delivery would arrive on/about April 11,2019 for the past three (3) weeks, to only find out after I contacted customer service that my order was on hold awaiting an item. There is no estimate time of when the item will arrive at the warehouse, therefore, Epic Sports is unable to provide me with an updated estimate time of arrival,. I'm confused on how Epic Sports can constantly provide status emails (see attached) with an ETA of April 11,2019 when my order has been held. Even after removing the item from my order, I was told a status update could not be provided, so they would still estimate an ETA of April 11,2019. I asked if the items would ship today, a manager informed me he couldn't say when the order would ship. Had I known Epic Sports' order/delivery process and warehouse operations were inefficient, I would have ordered the items from another vendor. My order was placed on March 21,2019, and I've already been waiting for three (3) weeks; it's ridiculous that I have to wait for an unknown time period to receive my order. I have softball players awaiting the arrival of their equipment, and the season started last week. If you're looking for a vendor with an effective ordering and delivery process, you might want to look somewhere else.
Ordered multiple products for my team on 5/24 and paid way too much money for extra 3-day shipping. Received email stating my package was shipped and I waited, waited, then looked up tracking number, and it was not found. Thought I would wait awhile maybe information needed updated. I finally contacted customer service and was told all they can do is find out from vendor where order is and they would send me email with follow-up information. The email I received 3 days later was very vague and just said order was in transit from warehouse. What? That doesn't really give me anything. Finally received information that my order is being shipped finally. My package was then shipped for the 3-day delivery. Now knowing I haven't received my order yet, my order like I first was told via email, order by the time I was to receive, my order was dropped, and is now 3 weeks out you would think it would of been sent faster like next day or 2-day shipping since I'm still waiting on it & still have not received it yet. Can only get these uniforms from you to match rest of team! What is my other choice now that I need to place another order?
My father ordered a Sherpa for my daughter on 11/27 and paid $18 expedited shipping (unreal). The item was never received. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone (Case) he blamed it entirely on UPS, said they don't stand behind their shipping, and refused to even reimburse the $18 shipping fee. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

Had one of the worst customer service experience with a Manager named Rachel, I asked for a refund or credit on my order which was late, and I received a run around and given the option to just return the items whenever I receive them.
I've purchased from Epic on a number of occasions. They ship fast, their shipping rates are fantastic, and they have inventory counts of their products visible on the site. Great to do business with.
Ordered 2 of the a4 cooling shirts. Got them one size smaller as suggested by several others. Perfect fit, nice shirts, got them before the stated delivery date. What could be better? Ed B.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
