Placed order and received most of my order along with some random shirts. Waited for correct items only to be told items were out of stock. Can't talk to a real person, just emails.
Had one of the worst customer service experience with a Manager named Rachel, I asked for a refund or credit on my order which was late, and I received a run around and given the option to just return the items whenever I receive them.
I've purchased from Epic on a number of occasions. They ship fast, their shipping rates are fantastic, and they have inventory counts of their products visible on the site. Great to do business with.

This swim coat 3x was huge! N0 COMPANY UPS RATE so cost $31.00 to return! IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human, so ZER0 customer service. Worst purchase experience ever and I'm 72. Never shop there again; rather pay more to a company with humans, not bots, even for the discount.

Prices were great, items looked good and arrived on time. My only issue was that the cheer skirts fit considerably larger than expected by the waist msssurememts.
Do not order from here! I believe the items are so cheap because the products are sized wrong. I called Epic Sports letting them know my 11 year old, average size kid, could not put on arm sleeves because they were too tight. Their site advertises for ages 12-14. Cody at Epic Sports told me they would not pay for return shipping because they will not take responsibility for advertising the wrong sizing on their website. He blamed it on the manufacturer. Also, the customer service is awful. I had 2 different representatives tell me with an attitude" the next person will just tell you the same thing!" Very poor service from Lori and Christina.
Also, Elbow pads advertised Adult/Youth. One size fits most. Seems like one elbow pad fits adult or youth. They told me there was a small drop down on the left I should have selected(not on the picture of the Elbow Pad where other on-line stores have size selections).
If Cody was really concerned about servicing his customers he would not have argued about what the website meant to advertise, instead understand how the website is misleading.
Please check out JCpenney or Koh'ls or other websites. Sizing is always on item picture, not on the far left. I don't care what you meant, advertising should be clear!

Great jerseys. Great price. We ordered these for our 14u softball team, and the girls love them. Nice fabric. They fit a little snug, so if you're in between sizes maybe order up.
Sizes was not up to par. And just got stuck with the because of the refund policy. I was sent jerseys for my youth program that you couldn't put on a teddy bear!

After paying outrageous shipping costs to ensure basketball uniforms (for two teams and coaches) would arrive in time for first games of the season, all I get are vague emails stating the order is LATE but no timeframe on new arrival date….after 10+ emails back/forth with a customer service representative (who REFUSES to call me because they "don't have time to handle customer service business that way"), I still have NO DIRECT ANSWER on whether or not they've begun customization or when they'll be shipping my $700 order! I've used epic sports for huge orders in the past but never utilized their customization option!
BEWARE, people! Don't customize if you need uniforms on any sort of timeline!
I don't care if you're a big company or small, family run business….take the 5 MINUTES to call a displeased customer!

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again!
