First I was told the item was out of stock then when I emailed epic sports they sais it was being shipped directly from the manufacturer.
A very good selection of products are some great rates. There were a few items I requested that were not in stock so I did receive a timely refund. I will buy from Epic Sports again!

I was very disappointed when I ordered a clearance item Holloway shirt and you sent the wrong item. I asked your customer service folks if I could exchange or because the cost was so little (3.99) if you could just send me the correct shirt at no cost. I mean...only $3.99. You chose to credit my account which I don't know if it happened or not but I really did not care. I just felt for $3.99 I didn't want to go through the hassle and ordet for such a tiny amount. At any rate...overall I have been happy ordering stuff from you over the years so...guess I'll continue.

I emailed cust service about no itemized list for initial tracking number and received a rude an unhelpful reply. I finally received another 2 tracking numbers a week later when I thought everything would arrive that day with the first tracking number.
Super Easy, Great Prices and specific shipping turn around times! Our shirts arrived with a few dirty marks, but came clean in the wash. Epic was very willing to assist me if they hadn't come clean!
Shirt said decoration was 7 days or less. That was the reason I chose Epic Sports. I coach a school baseball team and needed extra jerseys for players and I bought it because the ad said 7 days or less. Turns out it will take 19 days. Totally disappointed in my experience.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
