If you have an issue with any missing item on your order... consider your money lost. I was missing a shirt for my team member sent in an email to advised of issue. I sent a picture of the items I received as asked by agent Rachel. All just to get a "we sent all items" and they will not be responsible for the item missed. I ve never had an issue with them as I have ordered plenty of items.
