I ordered black shorts that are beyond sheer. I asked for a refund. I was told I cant get refund for shipping and I have to pay for return shipping. This place is a scam. Do not order here! Ill be disputing with my credit card company.

This business is unresponsive to their customers needs, and the shipping is EXTREMELY slow. I've emailed and called Epic on several occasions trying to cancel an order placed the day before and I can't get them to cancel the order or at least follow up with the status of my request. If you call their customer service number, good luck speaking to someone within a half hour, and more importantly someone that will resolve your issues. I will NEVER buy anything from Epic again. I also believe they generate fake reviews online.
