Sales representative by the name of Sandy was extremely rude to me when I called to get tracking info on the order that I had placed. She basically hung up on me to end the call. If you want to be treated like a dog, Epic Sports is for you.

I ordered over $100 worth of stuff and all the hats fit as should. But the clothes didn't at all. Softball pants for my daughter WAY too small. Coaching shirt leave pull overs for me WAY too big, more like a dress. Not happy.

Large order and advised that shipment scheduled to arrive on March 12. No shipment and spent hours on hold for a customer service rep. Never did get to speak with a rep. No tracking number no nothing from this company. I want my merchandise or a full refund. They do not respond to emails and clearly do not answer the phone.
