Your prices are great, However, the last order was not received by the date promised. The camp clothes came in on Monday, the cheer camp was held on Friday--the promised delivery date. Needless to say We were not pleased since we had to reschedule our camp.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
