I also had to return something and was nervous about getting the refund, but there was no hassle. I got the refund within days of returning the item. Will order again from EpicSports.

Some things I liked and others not so well. It is hard to determine which products are true to size. So you might end up with a lot of useless products because of sizing. The one time I did order up, that product was to big. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience.
I've had to return things my last 2 orders. This one I had to pay for the shipping to return my item because it was to small for my son and I also paid a restocking fee so who even cares you gave me the money back on my item because you basically paid for the shipping. I will not be ordering anything from this site in the future.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
