Great Information

The training experience has help me to understand more in-depth the responsibilities that it takes to serve alcohol, the laws, rules and regulations, and how to interact with patron public in a respectful, responsible way. The course has been deeply insightful into Australia laws, policies and cultural aspects of RSA

I especially like the card not laminated paper

I have not received my "White Card"...now many days overdue and cannot work without it

Knowledge

Early videos were informative and complementary to text; later ones provided no additional info over the screen information, therefore could have been omitted or improved

It's was easy to follow except for the fact I have 2 other aspects of the course to do which I wasn't aware of until I'd finished the questions. I can't watch the video on my iPhone without adobe and I can't download it. So I'm trying to find a computer I can use to do this.
