Being older and not very good at reading and writing I tend to take things literally and in some cases do not see the true message in a sentence or question. I found your examiners very helpful in their replies to my submissions.

I still have not been able to finish Course online because the link will not work on my computer even though I have Adobe Flash player installed and you still won't refund my money Paid for the service and still can't get my RSA
