Well set out course. It took longer than I expected, but overall it was informative and educational.

Very quick and easy. Friendly user interface design, made me feel very comfortable while completing the course.

Was unaware of further components of the course - video and audio assessments. These are not yet completed.

Easy to navigate through course content however there was some ambiguity with a few of the scenarios but overall I actually enjoyed the course

Was available on-line, however not particularly easy to use from a desk top or the phone in option due to time delays in responses.

I learned a lot about the Australian low regarding the alcohol and how to react if we have to face an unduly intoxicated person

Lots of knowledge is gained related to safety culture
If some vedios are also included during teaching plan it will be more easy to understand

Training was to the piont, done won 7 years ago need one where can find out blue card numbers but was good fresh learning

Excellent experience, test was awesome l learnt things I never knew, I look at gambling particularly pokie machines in a whole new way now.

Out of all online RSAs courses this is the best I have used.

Quick and simple. Was able to leave and come back whenever I wanted. Assessments weren't too complicated but still asked decent questions.

Since im from another country and we dont have training like this I learned alot of things and gained more knowledge
