Ok just no personal interaction and having to find a JP as no pharmisy would sign documents was frustrating.

Mis-leading. Received a QLD White Card when it said NSW White Card Course.
More information on the process and what needs to be done should be clear on the site.

Very easy overview from the website, Good overview what needs to be aware of accidents and how to behave properly after an accident

Easy to use, intuitive website. Easy to read slides, not bloated with too much information or pictures, but contained all that was needed.

Easy to navigate and use
Quality of the card is not perfect, it should be as any plastic card e.g. Credit, not laminated

The links at the top of each question made it easy to find the relevant notes which could have been very time consuming.

Good course material.
I received a White card stating Queensland, though I had applied from NSW. I know it does not matter much.

A tad dishonest. At no point do they tell you there are audio and video questions until you think you've passed and paid.

Ease of access - the whole last portion was very dodgey - big glitches in smartphone part so had to go with the audio which was somewhat cumbersome

Learnt a lot of really interesting facts. Happy with the overall information presented within the course.

Reasonably easy to use... frustrating that assessments can't be completed in the time that suits me.

When mistake was made, the system tell this straight away,not after ehen you have completed the whole section

I found updating my RSA was different to the last sitting and was more thougher and I had no problems at all and found it very easy with help there if needed
