I placed my order 19 days ago on 1/23/2020, it's still not shipped, but they already charged my credit card! I wrote email to ask for order status, there is no response, i also called their customer service, 30 minutes past, no one answered it.
This company should have warned people if they couldn't keep to their 2 day shipping guarantee. It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and there's been zero communication since my payment was processed. I've reached out multiple times via email & the help chat on their website. The product I ordered is now out of stock everywhere else I could've bought it two weeks ago. This is completely unacceptable when people's livelihoods are at stake.

I ordered some product 2 days ago. No email response. Only an automated message from 866 number (electronic voice). Price is good but shipping price is very high. My issue though is only getting a pop-up window that says THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE! With an order number.

After this ordeal which I needed this part because I use this mask on a daily basis for work. I thought I was going to receive it tue. Because the labor wkd.
It arrived today!. I was working on my MacBook Pro 16, long behold Sean calls me to see if i received the part.
"NO ONE" practices this any more "ethics".
& In this immediate future yes I would order again.

After I placed an order, I didn't hear anything for them, except sending me an order number. For almost a week I didn't receive any call from them or any goods, I called for my refund. They said they have no paypal, but that is not an excuse for not refunding my money since they confirmed they are unable to deliver.

Ordered some products got a free beanie and glove the pricing was good the shipping was good enough the products showed up i liked my products and the freebees
Only problem I have is company likes sending you an invoice before you even receive your goods purchased
I have to wear a mask to cut grass and other areas covered with dust so I'm happy to receive my 95 mask thanks for the quick service
