Not only did he follow up with me daily until the issue was resolved, but he went out of his way to make phone calls and coordinate for me to test drive other vehicles at my nearest Enterprise Car Sales area. After test driving 5 cars, I was able to narrow my choice to the best car for my son. Was the car perfect? No. But there were so many great features and benefits that worked out perfectly with the car presented to me. My son was scheduled to graduate within days of my purchase. John's ability to listen attentively, create solutions and consistent follow up made my experience increase from 5/10 to 10/10. He's a great sales professional. Jessica was also great (as I've purchased 2 vehicles from her in the past at Enterprise). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the sale. My son LOVES the car!
