I love a strong black tea and drink tea exclusively. Good tea is often hard to find and ETS provides good tea at a reasonable price. I have had no trouble with delivery or service.

I've been looking for websites that sold British and other European treats. This website had a lot of different options of things to choose from. I ordered a couple of things and I enjoyed every single one of them. The reason that I gave this order a 4 out of 5 is because it took a little long to get to my house. It took 11 days from the purchase date to receive my order. Other than that this website is excellent.
It's a beautiful set. Came on time. Would be great if my first choice would have come back

The two teas I ordered have the best flavor of any tea! First time to try the Paris tea (black tea with bergamot) and Hot Cinnamon Spice

The order arrived complete, although the carton was starting to open as it was secured well with tape, the box also needs to be a heavier weight and the product packed more securely so there is no shift as several of the packages were slightly damaged
The English Dairy Milk bars arrived in perfect condition. I have never had anything but great product and service from this company.

Have had problems in the past getting orders in time for Christmas. Since I do all my shopping online before Thanksgiving, this has been an issue; I would call CS repeatedly and was told items were shipping that day which obviously wasn't happening, ergo repeated calls. Glad items arrived without any hassles.
