I ordered items from English Tea Store on 12/6/2018. I received no shipping notice so I messaged them on 12/11/16 asking them when my order will be shipped. I received a shipping notice that day. I just received my order today on 12/19/2018. I have a feeling I would still be waiting if I had not contacted them on 12/11/18. Shipping time took way too long.

This was my first time ordering from English Tea Store and will be my last. I placed my order on 2 Dec. On 12 Dec, I finally received a shipping confirmation email. I received my items on 18 Dec. Taking over a week to ship out items that were supposedly in-stock is unacceptable. I'm disappointed that the Cadbury Selection Stocking (or should I say "stocking") I ordered was actually just a cardboard cut-out image of a stocking full of Cadbury candy bars attached to a slim cardboard box containing the actual candy bars. I also received an unexpected notification from the payment service I used that my Cadbury Roses were refunded. I had to check to actual site to discover they were apparently out-of-stock. Overall, I'll just be grateful my remaining products even arrived before Christmas. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my British products in the future.
I placed an order and items were received just in time for the holiday as my husband would have went nuts had he not gotten Christmas Pudding and Custard for the holidays. Have order from TES and will definitely order again each year.

This firm sent out some Christmas Spiced tea in short order. Everything arrived safely and in a timely fashion.

I got one... the scone mix was pricey so I decided to just make them and the drinking chocolate turned out to be back ordered so I cancelled that BUT... I got Devon Dbl. Cream as they were out of clotted cream.
I guess this close to Christmas you take your chances but all in all a good transaction.
This was once a good place to order Christmas puddings and mince pies. Had tardy deliveries last year, so I ordered in November this year. Ten days later, they still haven't processed the order of in stock items! Rubbish customer service, gives excuses and bollocks. Will never do business again! Tossers!
Beautifully Made and fast shipping! It is nice and strong. I got this for my granddaughter for Christmas she is 12 years old and a big fan of tea she drinks tea everyday. It is a beautiful set for her and her friends or her cousins to enjoy. I know she will love it!
