I ordered tea on this site for the first time and it is a delight. I ordered 2 types, pu-erh and green with jasmine, yes the choice is quite simple, but I wanted to try something that I deal with all the time. And they didn't let me down! I'm enjoying!

Unfortunately, the product arrived too late for what it was intended to be used for. It was suppose to arrive on Thursday, December 8th, the product did not show up until the following Tuesday, December 13th.
The set was beautiful, unfortunately the teapot was broken upon arrival. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement at no charge. I will order from them again since product and service was so good.
They had the product I wanted in stock and it was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition.
