I drink tea nonstop. Caffeine til 1-2pm and then herbal. It started getting hard to find at stores. So I started just ordering on line. Works great for me

However UPS mail innovation is the worst shipping the company chooses. My delivery came to 90 miles from my house, then was routed to 2 states away. Rather than being redirected to my house it travelled another 2 states away...therein increasing delivery time by another week or more. Less than impressed by shipping.

Finding the English Tea Store was a delightful surprise. I have enjoyed tea for many years and purchase from many different Masters and sellers. I was delighted to find some lovely teas and accessories, as well as tea time treats at the English Tea Store.
I love this product. It just took too long for it to reach me. However, it did arrive in perfect condition, unlike my experience with Amazon when ordering salad dressing. (A glass bottle from Amazon arrived broken.)
I would rather have been able to speak with someone. But it was okay.

The "free" shipping took over three weeks to be delivered. Took almost two weeks to leave the seller. That's good service. Free and worth the price.
