So far so good. I've never had Chai French Vanilla, Decaf, or Pumpkin Spice. I love regular Chai and the Ultra Spice so far is the best. I also drink the Twinnings Irish Breakfast, I love it too.
Overall, it was quite good. The tea strainer is just what I wanted and I love it. Only negative was I was told I'd get my order within two weeks and after a month of waiting I called and my package was still not shipped. Thag being said, service was really awesome and had my order shipped that night.
I was so disappointed to take my first sip of, what I thought was ginger with lemon tea, and instead find out that it was green tea with coconut and vanilla, that frankly doesn't taste very good. The vanilla and coconut flavors don't stand out at all, and I've had green tea that was much better. Now I'm stuck with having to finish it all. I had to order ginger with lemon from Amazon because I couldn't find it on the Harney and Sons website.
When I received my product it was damaged. When I opened the package, the product's box had been mushed and the product was spilled all over the inside of the delivery package.

This store has tea that my other suppliers were out of. I really like the Irish Beakfast teas and they had Bewlleys when I could not get it from another source. Last time I ordered they had Barrys Irish Breakfast tea, my favorite! My local market used to handle this tea but stopped selling it a few years ago and I was not able to find it anywhere and nobody else knew anything about Barrys. Even Google could not find them. I figured they went out of business. Low and behold it was on the English tea store list and I was able to get my favorite tea again. Thank you English Tea Store, you will be my "go to" store from now on.
