Shipping look about 20 days, the two mugs I ordered were packaged VERY WELL but one of the mugs had what looks like several pepper flakes inside the mug that cannot be removed because they are sealed under the clear coat finish.

I wanted a great teapot that was not made in China. My Betty Teapot came with a "Made in the UK", so I was happy. I did find, however, that when I wanted to order some cups and saucers, those appear to be made in China. Not my cup of tea!
What can I say. Lol I choose tye economy shipping. So definitely wish it was faster but nothing you can do about that.
