I received my teas just fine, but it was not the box I had order. I ordered a dark Cherry and received a black box.

I love the teas; they are delicious. My only complaint is that one of the sample sets was not available...but I didnt realize it until I went to check out. I contacted Customer Service to see if they had an idea of when it would be available or if I could sign up to be notified. Neither. I was told to just keep checking back...I found that a bit annoying. Every morning I would check and finally the order went through.

Three weeks after I placed my order and three attempts later, I STILL don't have what I ordered. First attempt was one mislabeled but correct teapot and one mislabeled incorrect teapot. Second attempt resulted in a cancelled order for the replacement with no offer or contact to remedy the situation. Only when I called and insisted was I offered a substitute. That arrived and is NOT what I agreed to accept as a substitute. I will live with it. It's not as obnoxious as the first one they sent out. But, I will NEVER order from English Tea Store again.

I love this candy & had been looking forward to getting during a layover at Heathrow but they didn't have any. Was thrilled I was able to get online. Everything came in a timely manner.
The service through your company is great. I was disappointed in both of the teas I ordered this time, the Earl Grey has this awful chemical smell to it - not drinkable, I threw it away. The Darjeeling was good tasting, just ground finer than I like.
