I purchased a tea chest and 2 matcha bowls. After placing my order, I did receive an email asking me to call them about something; turns out they just wanted to make sure the shipping and billing information was correct. The tea chest (Made in the USA!) was of good quality wood and had a wonderfully simple design to it. I would have preferred the dividers be fixed instead of removable, though. The matcha bowls were at a discounted price, which is why I initially got them; after receiving them, I was ecstatic to find that they were originally from Adagio Teas. The package arrived on time and the items were well protected.
I only drink Irish decaf breakfast tea & this tea is the best I've found

Checking out would not accept my coupon code of ICEDTEA10. I had to call ETS and get help and she could not figure out why it was not going through either. But, she said she'd apply the code after I placed the order and gave her the confirmation number. My fingers are crossed!
