So far okay

All fine except second package of same order had wrong address delaying delivery. UPS actually delivered it to the wrong address and apparently the third party called them notified them of the error as UPS picked it up an hour later.

No time busy

Information was clean and concise. Site was easy to navigate. I like the price given as compared to MSRP. Live chat being available was a plus though I did not use it.

I am very satisfied with the product ordered. I appreciate that engineer supply has such an extensive inventory of products and equipment. However, I did not anticipate having to wait an additional 10 days for an item critical to my operation that was not in stock.

Good pricing but the shipping was slow, I paid the extra for faster shipping and it didnt get put on a truck for 4 working days.
