So far, so good. Nice web site, easy shopping and check out. Did not have to use the live Chat, but it is great that you have that, too.

I called up and your representative found exactly what I was looking for. Great Service.

The level was off a bit but the instructions were clear and easy to understand. After 2-3 minutes it was dead on and working wonderfully.

I contacted customer service via chat to clarify what I needed. "Elizabeth" was very helpful and sent me the information necessary for me to make a purchase.

I was told that the order wouldn't be shipped until August and it arrived July 31st. Confusing reports from you on when my order would arrive.

Super convenient to use PayPal since address and account info is automatically used. I did find a $8 lower price for the straightedge on another website but bought from this company because the free shipping didn't have as many restrictions.

I HAVE ORDER SEVERAL OF THESE TAPE MEASURES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS AND THEY DO NOT LAST VERY LONG. THE TAPE ITSELF IS FLIMSY AND WILL BREAK EASILY OR SOMETIMES CATCH ON THE CASE AND TEAR. POOR QUALITY.
