Very easy to order and checking out was quick and easy also. When we received our product it did not work and we still haven't received notification on how to return the product to receive our money back, delivery time on exchanging the product takes to long so we found the same product from a vendor within the state of Maine.

Overall, I was satisfied with the items I received with my two orders. I was not satisfied in the manner some of the items were packaged for shipment. The first order was a portable board and drafting scale. The board was well packed, but the scale was taped to the board package in a padded envelope. The ends of the scale were exposed and scraped during shipping. Not Happy! The 2nd order was a board cover and Lead holder leads. The leads were placed inside the rolled cover in the package and were not in bubble wrap. Surprisingly the leads were undamaged.
