I was at home when the package arrived & it was soiled with oil. I had ordered 4 bottles. The one bottle was broken to pieces & another had a bout 1/8 of the bottle missing. I called customer service right away & explained what had happened. She was super nice & said they'd send 2 more bottles out to me free of charge. I have been getting Omega oil from this company for several years & this had never happened before. They handled the situation like real pros!
I have always received my order quickly. I have tried many chocolate whey protein powder products, and this is by far the best tasting chocolate protein powder. Their vanilla is also good, but I am a chocolate lover.
