The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

We are very happy with the service so far. Everything looks. We are still reviewing the service. So far everything looks great. Thank you. We will get back to you if we have any further issues. Thank you.
DO not call me on Sunday! Do not call me on Sunday! Don't ever call me! You lied your face off. So did
I fake email fake phone number. I just crunched you network $#*! heads
Excellent business for products and services by not costing a arm and a leg because energybillcruncher is reasonable and to out pace the cost of living and hyperinflation as soon as possible.
Thank you
I have completed the form on your website at least twice. We are very interested in getting solar panels on our roof as soon as possible. We had over $400 electric bills this past summer.
I do not want a sales pitch from numerous companies. If I can get a fair market rough estimate without hassling with a sales rep then the rating would be higher
My response is bases on whether solar will save us money and available in our gated community. There is one home here that has solar panels on their roof.
Not sure who you are. What did you do for me. You haven't done anything for me yet. I trying to figure what you did for me to rate you.
We are examing our possible actions to support the new EV we recently leased. How to support our energy trueup bill for electricity and our EV. Our presenter was patient in explaining things we didn't understand. He clarified and had his backup team change the prossible alternatives. He explained the differences betwwen purchased vs or a loan. He examined the electrical equipment that woud be needed to ensure we could utiize the neccesary equipment to support such an installation.

Quick and easy, and I knew what I was getting into (endless spam from installers) but it still pisses me off that, up front, you don't say that answering the questions will result in SPAM calls.
This feels like the making of spam. If you can give a cost over the phone. You can give it online without all this personal information.
Great so far I have seen adds on the phone and they are trying to help clean. Up energy wast. The sun is a tiptoe wast of energy that could be used if the tottle cost of power of sun heat could be brought down to the point of people being able too afford it. If we can put a man on the moon we. Can' put it in our. Homes free of chards for the people.free of chards.
Same 'ol, same 'ol………………………………………………………………………………………….
Looking to see-read your offerings information and pricing
Looks great let's see the deal you got for energy bill, hope it's better then reliant energy so you can start installing the panels.
Don't know yet I just started and want to see if this problem would help me lower my light bill and find out more about solar
No call and nobody seems to want to put solar where anyone is on Houlton Water Company. Because that is what I was directed to on my phone.
So far so good. Please send email. Or leave a msg on my vm who you are and phone # to return your call. My phone doesn't ring.
I was pleased to find that there was an available contact to explore this issue. I hope the response will reach me without delay!
I don't like waiting for rep to call inconvenience that information is not provided upon completion of on line application. I may be unavailable and unable to answer calls.
I'm looking at Solar. I wanted to see my gas bill & usage, as well as the electricity.
The only thing I could not find the "select your rate" (RE-TOU) or (R-OO). Could not find out how to compare. I will be back on your web site so I can see which is best for my home. Will figure out what I missed and get it done. It was the end of October not sure of the day.
Thank you for having it for your customers. We need it for all your raised rates!

I will be specific, I came into this, I seen an advertisement with a few people on that ad saying that the office of the Governer of my state will pay for a solar system at no cost to me. So as I went through the motions of inquiry, my first point of contact was telling me of their experience a d asked me some questions about solar system and I asked him if the ad was true as to no cost to me and he said yes. The he told me that I would have to set up an appointment and speak to another person explaining more and to set up an installation of the pannells. That meeting was set for the following day in the evening, and my wife needed to be in the call. So in this call I was explained how the system works and the amount of pannels needed, and went over what the electric company does and his they rip you off. He told me that it would not cost me a penny and that there is money allocated by the government through my state, and told me I had to qualify for this and do a credit check and I asked him why. If there is no cost to me whatsoever why. Then he explained to me that the system would only cover 70% of the electric and that I would be responsible for about 100.00 to pay the electric company and that I would have to pay his company about 180.00 and that is where the credit check was and where my score should be which was not a issue, so my score was not good and he tried to convince me that the price he gave me along with paying the electric company was a good rate. Now this company and many like them get paid from the government surplus in full and then turn around and charge you a monthly fee which he said would in increase every year. What a SCAM. I will be making a complaint about them to bring this to the light Stay away from this
