After reading the contract thoroughly with help from NYSERDA agency as well as delving into the proposed contract. The PV company seemed to absolve itself of any guarantees but NYSERDA mandated certain quality assurances thru a period of reasonable life time of the product so good for NY. Still deciding with my wife if we want to make this home improvement? We have 3 days before midnight to cancel.
