The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

The questions were to the point and did not take very long to complete
So far experience has been I want to get to system criterion and not a not applicable question information that has been taken but not solar system starting out a poor intro my is valuable to me
This sure looks like a sales come on. I don't want to be bothered with a lot of calls. I have not received any information from anyone.
That was very much helpful to something the request. I hope to have a chance.
I wanted to see your thoughts about energy savings - I did not read the fine print that I was going to be bombarded with calls and e mails - I thought you provided information NOT sales
You often harass customers and lie to get a client. I really don't believe people who really need the help actually gets it. You don't offer information without calling and want to talk people into what your selling with high price because of the incentives the government is give not at market value that you would get if you were to buy without your help
Just started, no comment yet. No rating so far. It is too early
Too soon to tell, This just started and I haven't (I don't think) all my answers
Need anything to reduce high energy costs Astounding that engineers can create an event for everyone here
Did no get quote why not after I spent a lot of time filling it out
Not interested in a barrage of phone calls to answer and sales pitches.
Thanks for the consideration, it will help my monthly overall payments.
I am building a house, not there yet and I have a friend in Oklahoma that sells panels that I would like to go with if their price right. I am building a pole barn house In the middle of a 5 acre open field.
I haven't received a quote yet. I can give a better answer when I get my quote.
Just checking to see if this area qualifies for this energy program so far so good Ty
I have no reason so far to have an opinion. You haven't actually done anything yet.
No cost estimates for 1000 sq ft house. Is this a local company. Who does installation.
So far so good. The questions were to the point self-explanatory. That's all I have.
The government is giving away solar The cheaper the better I need not say more. Thanks
I havent worked with you, now that rebates are up i was thinking if the solar could put in the yard i alot of sunny areas.
I never got a call, my email quote was good for 24 hours. I don't check my email every day. Even if I did, I was just in the hospital for 5 days. Then back for surgery. I have a telehealth appointment in just a few minutes so don't have time right now. Thank you,
Jody
