This site is terrible, way over priced for the service you receive. Can't delete people the same one's just keep popping up and popping up! I said no to one type of women, but they keep popping up everywhere! Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! It sucks and like many others have said, no refunds! There are so many scammers on here more than on MATCH!

WE SHOULD FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS SITE, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! There is nothing ellite about the women on here!

Not the best site out there and certainly NOT worth the money. With such a higher cost associated with it I didn't expect the search results have far less options than other sites including ALL the free sites. Not many selections and the app does not work often. I downloaded the app several times and I still could not log. I did not renew my subscription within the first two hours of joining. Selections are limited as well, probably because of the high cost per month. Totally disappointed. If you are willing to pay please consider the more established online dating sties like EH and Match.

99 percent Matches contradictted preferences. Requested partial refund none received. Emails blocked

This is so bad in many ways, I don't even know where to start. First off, I am not sure how they match people, but none of my "matches" have been been in accordance with my preferences, from age, to gender, to distance, etc. What is the point of asking for your preferences if your suggestions are going to be entirely random? Second, the number of my "matches" has been very small (interesting for a site that clams that they have millions of users). To be specific, I've been on this site for 3 months and have received a total of 12 matches - what a joke! Third, my profile constantly shows that its "in review". After 3 months? They claim that it takes 24 hours to review. And then to top it off, there is no customer service to contact about this or any other issues. I've never posted a bad review about anything in my life, but I just could not keep quiet about this scam. I am honestly contemplating if I should contact a better business bureau.

They claim to have tens of thousands of new members a week. I keep seeing the same matches every day for the past month since I joined. I wrote to several women but they were all over the USA. I'm in FL. I wish that I did not join. I'm thinking of waiting until covid-19 is solved and making a personal resume. I'll hand them to women on the beach in Hollywood, FL and I expect better results.

I signed up- and met one person, who turned out to not be a match. They had very few people in my area and even fewer people of color. I was not impressed. Many of the folks on the site are- I hate to say it- but they are ugly. After the second day- I got zero matches. ANd it was very hard to stop the auto-renew. I had to call my credit card company and tell them not to pay. I even tried to call elite singles- and could not reach anyone. They are horrible. Stay awat,

I specifically stated I was looking for a woman between 62 and 68 within 100 miles of my home. I got no matches! Not one! I live within 100 miles of Atlanta, Chattanooga and Birmingham with total metro populations of over 7.5 million people. The only reason I give the site 2 stars is because when I complained by phone within 2 days directly to the parent company, Sparks Networks at their Dover, Delaware number which I found on the BBB website they immediately understood why I was dissatisfied and I got a refund to my Paypal account two days later so I'll give them that.

1) Pricey so if you feel you must, hold out as they keep sending you lower price options to join. Once you do you feel ripped off.
2)The tools you normally see on dating sights - not here. Cannot block scammers or delete profile you are not interested in from the lists you are left with to navigate people you want to talk to.
3a) Matching what a joke - they throw every profile at you. What is funny is they score the match, I get matches that are let's say is an 80 (sounds good right) then you get ones that are 150 (what scale are they using? Metric?
3b) Distance for matching starts at 50 miles and you cannot make that lower. This is horrible, you cant sort by closest so it is all random - talk about a waste of time for searching.
4) apparently the web app must be different, got so many messages saying they could not see photo or age.
5) Their free version is designed to get you to think they have lots of matches - don't fall for it. They have a great marketing team that makes it seem like a great product - nope.

You notice that this company spends a lot of many advertising and the reviews you see are mainly good on most of the dating sites which promote EliteSingles. This is the worst dating site ever. First you spend a lot of time going through a list of questions about who you are looking for so you can be match to your perfect mate. Once you finish they match you with the total opposite. If you put tall, they will match you with short. If you say, established career, you won't get it. Additionally, I think the pool of people in the US is limited so there would be weeks without a new match. Then they tell you to expand your search criteria. This was really the worst dating site I have been on and I have been on a few over the last year. Please don't waste your money, on top of it all Customer Service is non-existent.

I joined Elite Singles based on the fact that they were for professional and educated singles. It was way more expensive than any other dating sites that I had tried, but I decided to take the risk believing that their fancy algorithm and professional and educated group of subscribers would be better. The first challenge I had was that my profile went live without being approved so there was no picture and half the information was missing. Then they rejected my occupation. I am a certified Reiki Practitioner and I have my own Practice. I am proud of my occupation and the services that I offer in my community. Using the app, I couldn't get an email or any online access to customer services. When I canceled the auto renewal of my subscription I got an email and then raised the challenges that I had experienced and was told by the customer services agent that I should choose an occupation from the drop down list - which doesn't have Reiki at all. The emails went up and down, but essentially they recommended that I just put any occupation that is on the drop down list on my profile. Unethical and zero integrity. Not to mention the precocious demeanour of the subscribers - but I can't hold Elite Singles responsible for the rudeness of it's subscribers. If you are looking for natural and interesting and kind human connection then Elite Singles must be avoided. It is quite frankly the worst dating site. Tinder is better than Elite Singles.

I've had this worthless dating site for a little over two months. I send customer service at least three scammers every week that are fishing for email and phone numbers through fake profiles. Do you remember the white haired elderly Mother of Joe Pesci in the movie GOODFELLAS? Well, that's the standard Member this farce of a site sends me as my matches. I know I'm not Brad Pitt, But I'm not Rodney Dangerfield either! The site doesn't deserve Anything but a 1! Its pathetic. The other defect is how they take 3-5 days to approve Profile changes or picture edits. That is insane!

What a disappointment... After coming from sites like Zoosk, Tinder and Bumble, I decided to join what was supposed to be a ‘proper' dating site. Well... the matches they send are WHOLEY inappropriate as they match you with people hundreds of miles away! Nobody messages and it is the most boring site I have ever joined. And I'm only two weeks into a minimum membership of 3 mths.
Will go back to the other sites because at least there is some active members and active activity on them! Desperate for my money back! DONT WASTE YOUR TOME AND MONEY!
