I just joined on Friday and canceling on Monday. It is a total scam! I live in Florida and I have gotten a handful of men who live in Fla. I am getting men from MO, TN, AL it is ridiculous. The photos are super tiny when they come in. The "profile" of your personality from their intake could not be more WRONG and off base. You have three business days to cancel in Florida and I am within. If I don't get my dough back I am reporting them to the regulatory agency of these businesses. Don't accept crap. If you do, that is all you will get.

A lot of dating sites have fake profiles, but they do not call themselves www.EliteSingles.com. The name makes you think they are actually vetting people for their qualifications, but they do not. There are profiles with claims of having a master's or doctorate, but full of broken English! The best: A guy with a doctorate wrote sentual instead of sensual. Elite does not deliver on its name. Don't be fooled.

Elite has you fill out a detailed questionare, such as age requirements, distance desired, Most almost 95 % of those they provide live to far from you, are to young or to old, do not suggest people you desire e.g. no african americans yet they send you African americans to choose from

Very frustrating to find someone you are interested in while the possible candadtes are not who you desire.

Forget Refunds and they make it hard to delete your profile and never give a refund

I have yet to have a match in the same state as where I live and not one of their so called matches will reply to me.
When I requested a refund I received a runaround and still don't have the information I need to get a refund from them

I wish that I had done more research before I spent $250 on a 6-month membership. This is the lamest dating site I've ever used. I feel like a fool for throwing my money away. There is nothing "elite" about this site except that you have to have a few hundred dollars to flush down the toilet.

One thing I really don't like about this site is its limitations, and by that I mean the tightly limited answers to the personality test. Because of the lack of available answers, I believe that I ended up looking like something I'm not and they matched me with people who aren't to my liking. It's ridiculous. When I went to cancel my subscription, the system asks why and again, offers few options. To my mind, this site is a bull$#*! scam that takes the money and runs. Don't do it!

This website is NOT screening the matches they send to you. I was looking for a lesbian match and was being sent pictures of men looking for women and pictures of women who are looking for a man. I'm looking for a woman with some of education at a college level and receive matches of women with only a primary education level. Trust me there is NOTHING elite about this site if you're a lesbian looking for the same. I can honestly say this site was a complete waste of my time and money.

You can't just search through all the profiles. You only get to see the ones they send you. They pay no attention to what you are looking for. You only see profiles of other who have paid not the ones who made profiles without paying. Worst money ever spent.

You cannot do anything without paying. I asked for and received 3 free days but even then you cannot do anything but wait for them to match you up. There is no search option, you cannot see who is online and no chat option. There is no point to it at all.

Do not join! They find sneaky ways to hide your membership, i thought I cancelled right after I joined so it would not be renewed, and somehow they found how to not make it show up on your subscription list, so I thought the cancellation went through and all good. Nope, they renewed for $250, and after searching the site for 20 min and googling how to cancel, I finally found this online form you have to fill out. There is a number you can call but the call center is closed, so it's impossible to get ahold of someone. They find sneaky ways to hide your membership and really hard to correctly cancel. And the site has terrible matches, and no different people than other sites. Not worth the headache!

This site has become a site filled with fake profiles and 98%, no exaggeration, of the responses profiles are fake and responses are program generated. The profiles contain so little personal information that it is not worth reading. They are all less than 30 words, "love family friends, honesty and healthy life style". No other personal information. This site is doomed completely. It only became from bad to worst in the last three months. I no longer bother to check the messages. I would not even give it one star. It worth zero star. I rarely write review but I really don't want anyone to waste money and time on this site. BIG WARNING... DON'T WASTE MONEY NOR TIME ON THIS SITE. Ellen

I paid for a 6 month subscription. It gave me full access to everything,it gave me the option to stop auto with withdraw so I did, I didn't wanna automatically renew to charge my card once my subscription was done. Once I did that,it cut me off full advantages of the site. $106.00 Waisted, that is a bad site. Lots of fake profiles.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised at how many fake profiles there are and how little the company seems to care. The site shares profiles with their sister company, Silver Singles, and sends matches that are at the opposite end of the spectrum from elite or educated or professional. When questioning them about the profiles, they just ignore the comments. Profiles without pictures, multiple profiles from the same scammer, multiple profiles using the same pictures grabbed off the internet, profiles without any commentary - all scammers. And I wouldn't be surprised if the company was making up some of these though they deny it. Such a waste of time and money - but good for a few laughs at how stupid some people think others are.

I am single and sure want to change that so I joined several dating sites (Mingle2day, eHarmony, Tinder and EliteSingles). I wouldn't consider myself intellectual or extra-smart and educated or anything like that but decided to give it a try. Not bad at all, in my opinion! Seems like a decent dating site but in my personal opinion, I prefer Mingle2day and as a second pick eHarmony. Still, seems legit to me, no complants. Just was't my type of site I guess

Reporting them to Netsafe NZ. No way of cancelling membership... Their pages on how to unsubscribe is a front. It is impossible to do this electronically. They took a year's subscription from me when I only signed for a months trial. They took more from me (despite instructions from me to my bank not to do this). I tried 3 day cancellation but found it impossible to contact them. Do not sign up!

I paid for the Premium Membership and then my uploaded photos were not shown. Also, every 'match' I got was blurry and unfocused. I was able to contact customer service and I got NADA! Maybe I will get my money back thru my Visa provided. Do Not sign up for this 'service'. You will regret it.

In the end of fulfilling very long test, where I've stated that I'm looking for someone spiritual, intelligent with good manners & tastes, I've been offered to try strictly religious dating apps, because elite singles think They arenot good enough for me. Thanks for honesty, don't wanna waste my time for something less precious than I am. And ceo of this company can go to Iehova eyewitnesses himself or to hell. Just I'm an impulsive artist. Oopsies, hope this company will become bankrupt soon, God please
