I am very impressed with every aspect of my purchase from Eliteappliances. The product was accurately represented and the cost was the best I found on the internet. I highly recommend this company based on my overall experience for my purchase. I had an issue with the product, contacted Customer Services and the problem was quickly resolved. The personnel in purchasing, and customer services were very friendly, helpful and professional.
From the time I walked into the showroom until I left I was really impressed with their whole operation. Friendly,Professional and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a stovetop that they suggested and they set up delivery and installation. Delivery was on time and the men that installed the stove top were just great.
Adam at Elite was awesome to work with and would recommend. This product was new in box and was disappointed because fan won't shut off, did not come with brass burners, wok ring or trivet that was described in product information. Adam could not have known that and he was very helpful and easy to work with. Delivery times and everything Eliite and Adam could control was done as described. I have already given several friends and family Adam's phone number.
The Asko dishwasher was just what I wanted. It was delivered right to the house and put in my garage. It installation was easy. The price was very reasonable. Asko makes quality produced and this dishwasher was no exception. I don't think it gets any better than this.
I was skeptical about elite appliance at first because I was a little scared to order something off-line- but after receiving my Viking 7 series Range cooktop from Elite appliance I was very pleased. My Viking 7 Series is absolutely gorgeous and it came completely brand new with no problems. I would definitely recommend Elite appliance to other people.
The order experience was fine. Eliteappliance contacted me before they shipped it to tell me the trucking company would contact me for arranging the delivery. They gave me a tracking number when it shipped.
I was tracking the shipment and saw that it had arrived at the trucking company's warehouse. After I had not heard from them for a few days, I called them. They explained that they had not called because they did not have a phone number. They did not have my address either. The paperwork they gave me when they made the delivery had my name on all three lines of the address field but not even my city!
Once I gave them my address and phone number, the delivery process was great. I live at the end of a long winding driveway and they did not have a small enough trailer to get to my house. But the driver helped me load it in my truck and offered to come to my house to help get it out of my truck.
This is my 3rd microwave in 2 years. Not sure why the microwave number lights don't show so you don't know what time it is on the clock or how much time you put on the microwave for reheating, etc. Each microwave has had similar issues so the Kitchenaide does not have my vote of confidence...but I am very tempted to remove all of my Kitchenaide products for something better.
The same with my sub zero Kitchenaide refrigerator as I believe something is wrong with the coolant device within the fridge. Therefore my confidence with Kitchenaide products is not well received.
Pursued relentlessly to make the sale but once the credit cards were given, never heard back from salesperson despite emailing him twice with questions.
Jordan was a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman who went the extra mile and helped us with our customer service needs.

Did not ship as promised. Went to some carrier that took another week to deliver. It was put in our garage and the driver refused to wait while we opened them.
Overall pretty good experience and a good price on the fridge. Delivery came three days later than originally quoted. It was going to be Friday, then Tuesday, which I took off from work, and then Wednesday. Which I also took off and delivery between 9-1 came at 3. But when I called Elite appliance they were very helpful with looking into when the delivery would arrive. While packaging looked ok, the top right rear corner of the fridge is dented in. The inside, while advertised as like new, has greasy fingerprint marks all around the interior edges, perhaps from workers removing it from the showroom install. The shelves were held in place with bubble wrap which did not work very well and a couple fell into diagonal positions in the fridge and left gouge marks on the interior cavity. Water was found in the freezer drawers. One freezer shelf corner pad is missing. I haven't been through the remaining parts to see if anything else is missing. For the money, I think the issues are ok, but I'm hoping the greasy fingerprints come off the plastic interior and that the dent will not be an issue once the fridge is installed. Also have yet to plug it in to see if it works.
Dishwasher was missing an important part. Not elite's fault, was likely not put on at the Viking factory. I as able to make something work but very disappointed with Viking quality control.
The store is awesome. Great displays. They took the time to find exactly what we needed for a stove top vent hood. They coordinated my order until the remaining remodel in the house was complete.
Sales Rep was awesome, enthusiastic and helpful! Someone dropped the ball with the shipping part, it sat in your warehouse for a week and I had to call to get it sent. Otherwise good experience.
Elite Appliance (EA) customer service and products are great! Our new appliances arrived on-time and without any issues. Will use EA again when we are in the market for upgrades.
Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional, he understood my needs and then was quick sending the installation team to fix an issue with the wine fridge door.
