No service after the sale. The original DW that I purchased ended up not fitting. It took weeks to get a replacement that would fit. There was also a price difference on the replacement DW and it has taken almost a month to get a credit back for the difference in lower price.
Very easy ordering, but the delivery time was not the best. Also, one of the burners does not work and it took me over a week to get someone to respond to me. Elite helped with this, but it was still not done in a timely manner. It still does not work, I am waiting on the burner to be replaced. Having a brand new item that is as expensive as it was, I won't be satisfied until it works properly.
Everything was properly and competitively handled by Mr Michael Goldberg, and delivered and installed by Mr Johnny Jones. Their respective work was exceptional, and appreciated by me. Thank you both, we'll do it again! John K Condon

I gave a mid level rating on the product. We built our home the year 2003. We added Viking appliances at the time. We finished off our Viking kitchen when we purchased the fridge and dis washer from you. Since that time the fridge is leaking water into our freezer. The dishwasher has not giving us any trouble at all. We figure by purchasing Viking we would not have any trouble for many years to come. Would like to call you or have one of your associates call us on this issue with our fridge.
Because we just don't accept having any issues with these high end appliances. Our initial Viking appliance bought locally here in Victorville, Ca. Have never given us any trouble. Iam not an active paying customer at this time. We paid the complete total at time of purchase.

When doing a search of all Miele dishwashers, the one I chose showed $999, but when I clicked on the link to see the specs, the price changed to $1099 as an internet match. Go back to all of them listed, the same thing - $999, click on the link and change to $1099. I like the dishwasher though.
Sales people were very helpful in getting me exactly the appliances that I wanted and needed. Customer service was great in getting me the converter I needed to go from a natural gas to a propane setup. Very nice showroom too.
The delivery men never called so the refrigerator was not unloaded before they got here. Then the delivery men scratched our freshly painted walls in getting the old refrigerator out. We have complained to Elite but we have not heard back.
Overall experience was great. Jeff was great to deal with. Only two issues are that I paid for inside delivery and when the appliances came, it was only curbside delivery so I had to take the afternoon off work and bring the appliances into my house by myself which was a big task. I have reached out and asked for a credit for the extra cost for interior delivery but have not heard back yet.
Also, the refrigerator had a dent in the door and I have reached out for a replacement door and also have yet to hear back.
Elite Appliance stated policy regarding customer service: "Our commitment to customer service extends far beyond the sale."
An accurate statement would read "Our commitment to customer service ends with the sale."
It's your "no care after the sale" model that collapses companies. You ain't Costco!
You guys were OK though leaving the washer still in packaging material and strapped up for me yo unpackage and install was not cool. The Asko washer has now in four years cost more to repair than to purchas. Do you have a suggestion as to a better washer to buy when this one dies again?
I love my new range it's everything I had hoped for and it is magnificent. I never heard of this Capital brand before but I would buy this brand again and again and I recommend it to anybody looking for any new appliances. Staff was very knowledgeable of their products and their input was very helpful. The delivery/installation staff were incredible. Very professional and careful, taking every precaution out protect the 48" built in refrigerator and our home.
I previously purchased an appliance that was not under warranty, was 8 years old and this was not communicated during the purchase.
This is the reason for the new purchase - the client was NOT satisfied with the product first installed.
The delivery was the problem, the item was shipped to GSP airport and I was not contacted for days to notify me of a delivery time, finally after I contacted them delivery was scheduled. At the time of delivery the delivery man damaged the bottom of the dishwasher, requiring removal of the bottom plate and straightening out. The dishwasher had already been installed so it had to be removed to make this repair
We dealt with Eddie McBroom and Jeremy Cash. They were outstanding individuals who got us the product we needed, demo the Meile products, then found product at the price range we were looking for. Jeremy even helped us after hours on a Friday at 6:30pm from his car, to get our New Meile washer to engage its opening software program. He did it by phone.Just over the top service.
Our delivery driver Kevin was just as helpful and courteous. Arrived on time as well. Well done. He even took the pallets and boxes away. Perfect!
Ordered Bertazzoni 24" vent hood and while waiting for delivery, had cabinet maker fashion new cabinets to dimensions given for desired model. An inferior Bertazzoni vent hood was received from what was ordered and when I called customer service I was told that I should have realized the posted information on your website was incorrect and if I wanted, I could pay an extra $200 for the model I originally ordered upon exchange of incorrect model. I have returned incorrect item and purchased the correct hood from another company. Your site continues to show the misleading and incorrect information
Poor communication between manufacturer and Elite Appliance regarding availability of product. This was not communicated clearly to me prior to purchase and resulted in me being without a refrigerator for 2wks. Sales communicated as best as possible, but in the end - didn't help my expectations. However, this was the best price I found for the product and I was glad to get it. In addition, they helped defray delivery cost which helped!
The Bertazzoni range is beautiful and efficient. We struggle a bit with the igniting and will have to get used to that. It cleans up well (once we got all the residue from the protection tape off of it.)
The refrigerator looks nice, but it makes a really annoying vibrating noise. If I work hard to jiggle the doors, I can get the noise to go away, but it always comes back. I would not recommend this product. I paid a lot of hard-earned money for this product and I expected it to be perfect. It was not.
The customer service was inexcusable and a debaucle at best. Being a customer that can afford miele appliances I expect better service and was completely let down in all avenues. I will be purchasing from another miele dealer.
