Experience was generally good although it took longer than I thought to receive the unit and there was miscommunication on whether or not it had arrived.
I am very impressed with Elite Appliance. Their prices, customer service, and quality products they sell keep me coming back to me again and again. Great company.

Saved thousands of dollars! The range was in better condition than advertised. Shipping was fast and the driver even offered to help me put it in the house. Very satisfied.
My experience with Elite was very positive. The appliance was delivered in time, I had some service issues - handled very promptly. Always refer the company.
Accurately found all information online and called the store to verify that information. Purchased our fridge on a Tuesday and had it by that Thursday.
The customer service representative was very helpful, my only complaint is that it took you so long from the time i placed my order for you all to actually ship the order.
Service took months to be delivered. The scheduling person is totally disorganized and slow. No one returned messages. I had to go through the manufacturer to get service.
Elite was the only company that could locate the range I wanted and it was available in a timely fashion, extra handles available, and a great price with no shipping cost.
Good communication, did an offer on a discontinued range, received a call within 30 minutes with a fair counter offer and purchased the range. Will certainly consider them in the future.
Everything was great except the delivery options were not explained properly. I spent a lot of money and purchased a whole suite of appliances and they were shipped by Fedex. Fedex sent one driver and wanted to drop off all my appliances in a culdesac 1 mile from my home and expected me to get it to my house.
The second time they came they still only had one prison to deliver all the appliances I purchased. The driver had to coe back at the end of day with another driver plus with my help to get the appliances into my garage.
For the money i spent you should have had a least 2 men who could easily get these delivered to me. Fedex should also not take jobs for the refrigerators/ freezers. They had to lay these sideways when on palate and palate cart to get them in my garage. It is crazy to expect 1 person to handle this size and weight appliance. Fedex also have a 7 hour window delivery time, again also crazy. I paid someone to be at my place for first time delivery was supposed to take place. People need to work to pay for these appliances. Fedex should be able to give you a 3 hour window.
We are contractors and order $8000 worth of kitchen aid appliances for our client. Fridge arrived with damaged door and was forced to wait 6 weeks for replacement door, then Guinco came to replace the door and left the original door on premises and told homeowner it was her problem to deal with. 2 days after Gunico switched the door the fridge stopped working and Elite made us call Gunico again for service. It took them 3 days to come out and then determined the compressor was bad. It took Gunico a week to order a new part and schedule the repair. Client was without a fridge for over 2 weeks and has a $4000 fridge that has already been rebuilt twice. Elite should have immediately replaced the fridge from the start. I've tried not to go to the big box stores like Best Buy but their policies on items like this MUCH better represent the expectations we have for way things should be handled with our clients, especially when they have spent thousands of dollars on appliances. VERY disappointed with the handling of this and I won't be making purchases at Elite again. Prior to this we have spent in upwards of $30,000 both ourselves and with remodel clients we sent directly to Elite for purchases just in the last 3-4 months, but we will no longer be able to send clients to Elite and I'll be hard pressed to continue pushing Kitchen Aid products as well.

Ordered item (filter) was fine, but I didn't receive any updates for shipping, etc. The filter arrived almost a month after it was ordered, so I am not sure why it was delayed so long.
Easy- just had to locate the model number on the inside of the range- thank goodness for my iPhone camera with mag function- the plate is on the upper surface on the inside so it faces the floor!
I purchased a Miele dryer on March 6,2018 and was told it would take a couple of days to get the appliance from the Houston warehouse. I called my sales associate twice and left a message with no return phone call. I called customer service on March 20 and they arranged for delivery later that week. The dryer had to be sent back because the salesperson ordered one that would make the current washer unusable. I then had to purchase a new washer. It arrived within a week but the washer door is hinged on the wrong side (opens right) and there is a big yellow stain on the inside rubber rim. I have a photo from installation. The dryer is also hinged on the incorrect side (opens left). When the washer is placed on the left and the dryer is placed on the right, the doors open in the middle creating two doors opening to each other in the middle. It makes it difficult to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer with two doors in the way. These appliances are too expensive to incur this hassle. Poor salesmanship, no follow up and no effort to order the correct appliances hinged on the correct sides.
Our requirements were specific and Elite was able to meet everyone of them. We had a wide range to quality options and were able to select without compromise.
Ordered several items, new and used. New items okay. Used items (Kitchen Aid dishwasher and Viking double oven) were not as advertised. The dishwasher was missing the kick plate and the double oven was extremely damaged, yet Elite Appliance did not own up to it. They inferred that it had been damaged in shipping or some other BS excuse. The wrapping was undamaged, yet when opened, there was obvious damage to the oven itself. The timer/clock doesn't work, the frame is tweaked, the bottom door would not latch/close, the grill on the inside of the upper oven had been crushed in on one side. I then found out that the oven was 9 years old and replacement parts could not be ordered. This was NOT disclosed in the advertisement. I believe they either sent me the wrong item, or just plain lied in their advertisement ("interior as new, minor scuffs on the exterior"). My credit card company advised me to return the item and they would secure a refund even though it was over the 90 day period allowed by Elite, however, to have done so would have been extremely difficult and expensive since it was very heavy. I kept it and it does heat up, although not sure how long it will hold up. A waste of money and this company is dishonest to say the least. I also ordered a new Viking Professional Range and a Sharp Drawer Microwave, both of which arrived undamaged. AVOID THE USED ITEMS!
Purchasing the products in the show room was an enjoyable experience trying to get an honest answer from the salesman after the purchase was a nightmare had to get the general manager involved
