Elite appliance didn't review the appliance properly before identifying the root issue. The technician didn't pull the machine from the area it lies or open it to see what all was going on with it. Stuck a flash light and hand under and decided he needs what it was and moved on. Had assumptions and ordered part with warranty company based on that. It took a month for the company to return and service. Yet again didn't complete the job. Having to get another appliance company out to do the job properly.

The freezer part of our refrigerator was not staying cold. We called Elite.
From the beginning, these guys didn't act like repairmen I've known. The lead guy was very argumentative and defensive. The 1st few visits ended by them saying they'd need some part, they'd have it in a few days. The parts NEVER arrived that fast. More like a week. I'd call the office, and that guy would say, we can't help you until the part comes in, but it's coming in tomorrow. It never did. It was a way for them to avoid returning, after specifically promised they would (you know, "when the part gets in.") I had to yell and warn them they being evasive. Finally they showed. The part had been a little magnet on the door open bell. It was completely irrelavent.
He put in more freon. No help. So he put in more freon. It worked for 2 days. Then he sealed the inside of freon system. That helped for 5 days. All of this cost about $500. He did say freon and seal were not guarenteed. He should have pronounced the thing dead, not upsold us over it. Since then they haven't called or appeared. The workmenship just kept getting worse and worse as the expenses climbed. Now fridge is useless junk. I wouldn't want to call either if I were them.
I was told in order to get the price quoted and pick up date from the store I had to buy the product at that moment, I had no problem with that. The fridge was not their on the day promised, this fridge is used for beverages on my patio and I was for entertaining that weekend and since it wasn't available until the following week we used coolers.

Your sales rep was very helpful,knowledgeable and polite. The product arrived as scheduled. Following product unpacking, it was discovered that both side panels of the item were dented and damaged. I have been told I will be contacted by an issues management team which has yet to occur.
It was Brian's fault but dishwasher has been leaking under the sink.
Microwave trim kit has a dent in corner.
Still haven't found person to install wine cooler. So, most of the problems are due to installation
When we purchased one told us dishwasher was back ordered and would not come for 6/8 weeks. Salesman sold us a refrigerator that was too large even though we gave exact measurements. We had to trade out refrigerator. We were not aware the appliances would have to be delivered and installed by an outside individual at a cost of over $500. Really most only needed a plug in no true installation.
My experience with Elite Appliance deserves a full 5-Star rating. All questions were answered fully. Our order was processed accurately. The products arrived as required and in excellent condition. I recommend Elite, and would rely upon them with confidence. Representative Jeremy Cash was a great help.
My husband and I built a home and got all of our appliances from Elite. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Because of Elite's great prices we were able to get top-end appliances at reasonable prices. We had a delay with the build and Elite held our appliances for 4 weeks at no charge. Every time I called Elite, someone answered the phone. I never sat on hold waiting.
The delivery person was also great to work with. Our new home sits in the middle of 14 acres with a 1/4 mile dirt road to our driveway. I warned the driver about this, and he never complained once. He kept telling me, "that's not a problem". Sure enough he made it up the road and even offered to help us bring the appliances into the house (which I don't think is standard practice). Everything arrived in absolute perfect condition and was packaged very well. Not one scratch, dent, or quality issue.

Your show room with many kitchen displays and equipment samples are what sets you light years ahead of the competition. Walking in the front door and observing the first displays conveys a feeling of finally, after Ho Hum Lowe's and Home Depot, someone has their act together.
Your interior design people did a fantastic job in color selection and textures of different construction materials used.
It was all just great. The sales guy, the help he provided in our selections, his follow up, the guy you recommended for install, the products themselves are BEAUTIFUL! (2 ranges and a dishwasher). I'm extremely satisfied. The only reason I rated the will I recommend you a 2 is because I don't really talk to people about where they buy their appliances. Overall, I give you guys a 10!
Ordering a high end appliance from a considerable distance can be a worry for many reasons. Any preliminary worries that we had were unnecessary due to the quick, service and great communication from Elite. Also, the trucking company selected by Elite was very professional. We are in Indianapolis and I was originally nervous about what condition it would be in after being shipped from Texas, but it was perfect! Process was very smooth and the beverage fridge arrived as ordered. Shipping was pretty quick. Price was great - saved a few hundred dollars over what we had been quoted for the same fridge here in Indy.
The new refrigerator was delivered two weeks ago and doesn't work. It has been a nightmare trying to get things resolved with your company and Kitchenaid. I will never use your company or buy Kitchenaid again. When you pay $7500 for a new fridge in the box, it should work. Sorry, just common sense and a normal expectation!
