From ordering to getting it... just smooth sailing

You guys did a great job in having my order ready and tried to load it into my car...
Your warehouse staff was very courteous and even that they knew it would not fit, tried.

You went ahead and delivered it to me next day.
Perfect, even had it on a delivery truck late that I did not have to take off from work

Jordan was exceptional! Prior to working with Jordan my experience with purchasing appliances had been overwhelming and scary. However, he answered all of my questions and helped me to make what I think are some wise investments.

The guy who manages the shipping was also super helpful!

We are in Indianapolis and I was originally nervous about what condition it would be in after being shipped from Texas, but it was perfect! Process was very smooth and the beverage fridge arrived as ordered. Shipping was pretty quick. Price was great - saved a few hundred dollars over what we had been quoted for the same fridge here in Indy.

The new refrigerator was delivered two weeks ago and doesn't work. It has been a nightmare trying to get things resolved with your company and Kitchenaid. I will never use your company or buy Kitchenaid again. When you pay $7500 for a new fridge in the box, it should work. Sorry, just common sense and a normal expectation!

Site searches are easy and quick. Prices are good. I purchased an ice maker. I like that you offer factory installed drain pumps prior to shipping. I'd like to see when I could expect delivery at or before purchase.

We recently built a custom home and most of the kitchen appliances were sourced through Elite. I was finally able to purchase the commercial look of stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. Our sales tech was very helpful with product selection and assisting with technical questions on the specified products we chose. All items were delivered on time and undamaged. Everything looks and works great!

Ii called after my LG refrigerator stoped getting cold. Dylan told me they did repair LG, I also had a stand up freezer that the automatic cleaner wasn't working on and the ice shutoff didn't work. Justin the repair person came in, looked at the refrigerator said it was the compressor, it was under warranty and left me the wrong number to call LG. LG said an authorized repair company needed to call for the part! I called Elite back and they told me their LG person is on a medical leave! Attached is the "clean ice machine, that still produces too much ice and the cleaner still doesn't work! So for $178. I need to call another company that can do the proper repair! The cleaning was $89. It's not that clean, the stop ice sensor still doesn't work and the clean light is still on because he didn't repair it either.

Terrible service from the order to delivery was almost 2 weeks. It went to 2 different delivery services after it left your store 5 days after you said it would. The delivery service that you sent it to in San Diego did not deliver to Coronado so it sat another day and night waiting for another delivery company to pick it up. None of this you were able to relay to me after calling many times. No-one knew what the other was doing. Ann Kennedy

Horrible service!

Horrible service! Paid one price for item, got call back a few days later to pay more on the top of what already was paid otherwise my range wont be delivered! Never will step a foot in this store again and wont recommend to anyone in real estate community!

Jeff was a great sales rep, no problems there.
My builder told me the delivery guys missed several appointments. When they did finally show they 2 huge gouges in the hardwood floor and left without putting the feet on the range. Unimpressed with that to say the least.

Shopping and buying and customer service were helpful. Paid for expedited delivery and didn't receive order until 6/12. Had at least 8 phone calls with elite and shippers to track down products and secure a delivery date. Original estimate from my local warehouse once they received on 6/7 was 3 weeks for delivery. Very frustrating.

Ordered a stove and hood
November 3, 2016

Ordered a stove and hood. Good price for both. Shipped quickly but stove was to have been converted from propane to natural gas prior to shipment. Sales associate immediately notified me of error and together we worked out a plan to resolve it by having local service tech do conversion; paid by Elite. So prompt, professional resolution of issue.

Pedestal Base was damaged upon delivery

Pedestal Base was damaged upon delivery. We contacted Miele and they have replaced it but there was absolutely no follow up by Elite. We had to do this all with no help from Elite. Also, when we made the purchase, Eddy agreed to provide additional detergents and fragrance packages beyond those offered by Miele as a part of their promotion, but Eddy has not responded to two follow up emails over the past 45 days. Very, very disappointing!

The equipment was poorly packaged and came damaged. I reached out to customer service to return the product. After numerous phone calls and hassles, they agreed to take it back and that a shipping company will pick up the fridge. It's now two weeks and the fridge is still sitting in my garage. This company has very poor customer service and doesn't communicate well. I will be posting this terrible experience on the internet.

Purchased a dual fuel stove and it shipped in very timely. 4 states away and arrived in 3 days. The top vent was damaged, I notified them immediately and I was surprised to receive the replacement within 5 days. Great Job! Long term customer for sure.

This company is terrible buyer beware!

This company is terrible buyer beware! I bought a 48" viking range and when it was delivered it was the wrong model and it very poor condition. Company promised to correct their mistake and replace damaged parts instead of swapping for what I purchased as they had already sold the one I picked out to someone else. After 14 months of back and forth with the company to get the parts I still do not have what they promised.
