Ii called after my LG refrigerator stoped getting cold. Dylan told me they did repair LG, I also had a stand up freezer that the automatic cleaner wasn't working on and the ice shutoff didn't work. Justin the repair person came in, looked at the refrigerator said it was the compressor, it was under warranty and left me the wrong number to call LG. LG said an authorized repair company needed to call for the part! I called Elite back and they told me their LG person is on a medical leave! Attached is the "clean ice machine, that still produces too much ice and the cleaner still doesn't work! So for $178. I need to call another company that can do the proper repair! The cleaning was $89. It's not that clean, the stop ice sensor still doesn't work and the clean light is still on because he didn't repair it either.
