Terrible. A so-called Hair Republic Tru Wig Lace Front Wig LF-Twist Small 26" - Colors: 1B arrived with big sections un-braided but instead had matted straight hair. No way in the world would I be seen dead in this contraption: if the wind blew up those twists you would look insane. Customer service claim not to be able to see this in the photographs I sent. Hmmm. I am not bothering to return it because of the restocking (20%) fee, shipping cost to return AND the shipping cost that they would add for sending it to me "free" in the first place. Just not worth the hassle... which is exactly their intent. However, I will review on social media to spread the word. The unit I received was the poorest quality wig I have ever seen. Ignore ElevateStyles statement of quality on their website. It's BS.
Dont take days to say you dont have a product or certain color. Dont display it when the person makes a purchase than finds out the color will take longer theyve chosen so you give them another option.
My shipment was super quick! I am very please with the service. As far as the actually wig i love it as well saw a Youtube video & immediately had to have it.
The wig is nothing like the picture. No curl pattern and the style looks nothing like the website picture. Delivery was fast. I would really like to return for a refund.
I ordered packs of the "Zury Kid's Crochet Braid KIDS SENEGALESE 9inch" crochet braids. These synthetic look very realistic, like African American textured hair that's put in a Senegalese twist, and the ends seem secure to where the braid won't unravel easily. What I especially like about these braids is that they're short, only 9 inches. It's VERY hard to find crochet braids in a shorter length, so I'mreally glad I found these on the Elevate Styles website. I'd like to ask, Elevate Styles... would you see if you can find a similar crochet braid like this one in a 4/30 type color? I'm ESPECIALLY looking for something that's #4 at the "root" that then turns into #30 a few inches down on the braid. If there's any way you can find something like this... 9inches or shorter, I'd order it in a HEARTBEAT. Thanks!

Plus it was my first time ordering on your site so I was not aware of everything such as were to locate my order number.
