I purchased the Havana Jumbo Twist wig from the site and received it about 3 weeks after I ordered. The site was a little slow while making the purchase but once I opened it in a new window, everything went smoothly. When i first tried the wig one, I wasn't sure if I liked it. I played around styling it and decided to wear it out over the weekend. Everyone thought I had gotten my hair done! Even my coworkers were fooled when I went to work on Monday! I love this wig. The quality of the work is amazing and worth the money I paid. I will definitely purchase another wig from Elevate Styles in the future to add to my protective style routine.
I received the wig on a Tuesday and tired to return it the next day(Wednesday). The customer representatives told me I had to wait on a return number. I don't like the process at all I will not purchase from Elevate Styles again
