I was very pleased with every step of my online purchase.
I was a little worried that my order would not arrive on time, because I made the purchase late. Shockingly it arrive 3 days earlier. I like that I received a text message when my purchase had arrived to my local post office and again when it was delivered to my front door.
I received the product pretty quick. I ordered it on Sunday and received it by Wednesday. I love the style of the wig. This is the first wig I have purchased that fits with out having to pin it down(Fits a lil tight). I was able to put low heat to the hair. I was kinda skeptic about using high heat. What I do not like about it is the texture does not feel like 100%human hair. It feels synthetic. I was kind of skeptic about using high heat because I did not want to damage the hair. This unit also sheds a good bit. Overall it's OK for the price.

I was so amazed at the fast service. I placed my order at 4pm and around 4:45pm I received an email stating my order had shipped. I received my package in two days. Both items looked exactly how the were online and they look great on! I've already recommended this site to my friends!

Do not waste your money or time. They claimed they shipped my order and gave tracking information, but when I called usps 5 days later, they informed me that they never even received the package! I then called elevate styles to ask where my package was and the guy had an attitude and lied to me telling me it shipped. Usps called me back the next day after I made a claim to them telling me elevate styles shipped the package that night at 12 am. ridiculous. If I hadn't called they would have clearly never even shipped my product. Not worth the headache.
They are a great company! I would highly recommend them. I ordered my wig last Friday and had it by Monday. The wig didn't look altered or anything. Great Service for those who are skeptical like I was!
