I placed an order on May 25 and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I contacted the seller on May 31 to check on the status of my order the seller responded with " We shipped today". I then responded with may I have a tracking number in which the seller never responded and refuses to give me one. The seller uses this app called route and the app requires access to your personal email which also contains your personal information. Upon reading the reviews about route I did not feel comfortable downloading this app which will have access to all of my personal information just to obtain a tracking number. If I place an order with you once my order has shipped you should be emailing me a tracking number. When I reached out to you and you informed me today that you would be shipping my items today why are you not able to give me a tracking number? I have ordered with elevate styles for years and have spent tons of money with this company. Not only will I be leaving this review but I will also be doing a tutorial as I am a well-known YouTuber and will be letting other well-known Youtubers know to not do business with elevate styles and to not promote anything or any product with their company as they do not know how to treat their customers. It's really not very difficult to respond. If you want to be successful than just learn how to be decent and how to treat people instead of being a jerk.

Horrible customer service! I sent a photo of the exact wig and colour, from their website, and confirmed the proper colour name BEFORE ordering. The wig I was sent was NOT the same colour. They responded once saying I should have purchased their SEEL insurance but I didn't because I was sure to have confirmation from the company of the colour name to order... I didn't not select the wrong name, THEY SENT ME A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOUR and now, will not even respond to my emails. I have sent them a photo of what they have advertised, versus what I received and wish I could share that here... it's not even close to what I ordered! I am so disappointed!

This is my first time ordering from your company. I ordered 3 wigs, 2 not worn yet, but the Beshe bubble wig was disappointing as it was not as in the picture, the bang is cut at an angle and the wig that arrived has a straight bang which makes a lot of difference to the style I wanted. I suggest that if you don't have he item ordered do not send another one in its place before asking first. I m from the UK so I will not be returning it I will see if I can give it to someone else.
They are a scam! I ordered a wig 2 months ago and when I never received it because of alleged courier problems I contacted their customer service, to which they urged me to wait a bit more and if I still didn't receive my order to request a full refund. I've sent several emails and no response ever since I asked for my refund. Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest.
As you know PRETORIA post in south africa does not update their tracking number. Please call SOUTH AFRICA post to verify further.

Once i ordered a wig from ElevateStyles and it got delivered too fast. Quality was great and i was happy with the product. Reasonable prices. Staff is helpful and kind. Great selection of wig to choose from. It fitted perfect for my hair. Happy customer.
I want to be very clear about this company's response to my review. The item they sent me was defective again and they ignored message about this while replying to this review. I NEVER got a refund.
I've had issues with previous orders, when they send you something defective you don't get a refund if it was taken out of the packaging... likely to be resold. This time I ordered a hair trimmer, it doesn't work and they ignore my emails about an exchange. It's bad enough I have to wait so long for my order be processed and wait weeks to received my parcel. This is unprofessional, you don't take people's money and ignore them when the items you sent are defective.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the company for a couple of weeks about a refund due to non-delivery. The non-delivery is not the companys fault, but the handling of the situation after the fact is. I got in touch with someone and he said they would handle the situation and issue a refund, but have since not heard from anyone. I have sent a couple of emails and called a dozen of times and have yet to have anyone return a call or email. I do realize that we have now rolled into another holiday, but I've been calling and trying to get this situation handled since after Thanksgiving. I paid an extra Shipping and handling cost of $54.91 To make sure I would get my package before a trip I was to take, and had to make other arrangements due to the fact that I didn't get the hair I ordered. I find that the handling of the situation is absurd and tried not to give a review until I was quite sure that my situation was being handled. Well my situation is not being handled and I ordered this hair before Thanksgiving and we are now four days before Christmas. Needless to say, that I do not recommend this company. And it is simply due to their lack of customer service and caring.

I notice my review was not posted on their site, an immediate red flag. Although the email will not allow me to select a star rating, it's 1.The wig I received was matted, and of poor quality. However, Elevate Styles requires the consumer pay restocking fee and postage to return a poor quality product.
I called their customer service line twice. No one answered either time. I left a message both times and as of yet have never received a phone call. The return window closed and now I'm the owner of a poor quality product not fit to wear.
I do not purchase wigs for fun. I have alopecia and the lack of service, insensitivity, and return policy regarding even poor quality products severs my relationship with this company and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am also forwarding this review to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation and thousands of members. Please keep the 10% off coupon for writing a review.

The Senegalese twist crotchet braids are lovely, I got 6 18" for my daughter and the size was great! I also got myself a wig is Which is also good, I just wish I had ordered black as opposed to 27/30, its a beautiful color but I don't think it fits me though everybody thinks otherwise. I will rock it until I am able to get a black one. I am however satisfied with the service, I'll be coming back for more and expect referrals too!
I reached out to paypal, they didn't withhold any money from u, I ordered on 21 I'm hopes of having it b4 thanksgiving no luck. Then when I reach out u state u shipped items and it takes 2 days, I still haven't received any items. I had to go to store on 11, 29, 16 purchase items at a higher price so my daughter graduation pictures wouldn't be ruined. I'm so very upset with the whole situation, and I think others should know just how you treat your customers.

Product color not consistent with previous purchase. Return policy sucks they charge 20% restocking fee on return that they sey they return to manufacturer. They all so take back the free shiping they give at the time of purchase. They deduct that from your refund. Their policy is not visible during check out. Sad for them because of their policy I will never order from them again. They will miss out on all the money they Would have gotten from me in a year time which is $60 every three month year after year they can do the math
