“Sent me the wrong wig and now won't respond!”

Horrible customer service! I sent a photo of the exact wig and colour, from their website, and confirmed the proper colour name BEFORE ordering. The wig I was sent was NOT the same colour. They responded once saying I should have purchased their SEEL insurance but I didn't because I was sure to have confirmation from the company of the colour name to order... I didn't not select the wrong name, THEY SENT ME A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOUR and now, will not even respond to my emails. I have sent them a photo of what they have advertised, versus what I received and wish I could share that here... it's not even close to what I ordered! I am so disappointed!

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from Elevate Styles!

Products used:
Wig ..can't use it as the sent me a totally different one than what I ordered and it's hideous!
