I called this company to buy an electric fireplace and they have a chat box that comes up and they told me they had a special offer on this particular electric fireplace and they gave me a
Name of somebody but when I called the phone number this person was never available and and the person I did finally speak to kept saying he was in a meeting he will call me then another time he's not available, I asked about the special price they said there is no special price on this item however the person on the chat box did offer a special price.
