Exit light fixture advertised as in-stock and available (double confirmed with email and chat sessions) but order still wound up stuck in "processing" state for over a week. Called customer service to get status and they said item arrived defective and they were waiting for a replacement shipment and that it would be shipped out by the end of the second week which it did.

Good response in chat; I do hope the installation is easy enough for me as Joe Homeowner...I will add that there was a bit of confusion caused by you providing an incorrect sheet of paper describing the adapter, making it appear that you sent the wrong adapters. I called and spoke with one of your representatives and resolved the issue satisfactorily.

Ordered a hard to find part that I believed originated from Germany not to mention a waiting period for production. Electric Bargain Stores stayed on it and filled ordered when available at half the retail.

These smoke alarms were exactly what I needed to replace my old wired alarms. They had recent manufacturing dates, were easy to install and the price was hard to believe! Only about $9 each - ones at my local hardware store we're $24 each, so I got 4 of these at a much lower total cost. Would definitely look for other items on this site if I needed anything. VERY pleased with this purchase.

Great customer service representative. She was very helpful. The 7 smoke detectors that I was replacing were discontinued, she provided me with an alternative replacement and included plug in adaptors so I did not need to replace the wiring harnesses.

Although my shipment took a bit longer than expected, I was happy to get my purchase. While waiting, I did receive e-mail communication letting me know about the order's progress. I purchased two in-line lamp dimmers; they work great. I was unable to find them in the colors with the electrical ratings for the bulb types I needed at either my local hardware store or big box home improvement stores. Thanks for a great product.

Very happy with the product and was only disappointed at a slower than usual ship date. They did expedite by one day but I was still waiting for the product to be delivered with an Electrician standing by.

Excellent experience. Bought over 200 recessed lights for our lake cabin, plus other miscellaneous lights. Website information was informative and accurate. I also contacted staff to discuss quote, shipping method (because of the large volume being shipped to a residence), and other details. I felt that they truly cared about my experience and my order. Automated emails related to shipping status were timely.

I googled a particular product someone told me about, and your site came up as having it. I have never purchased from you before. I ordered three light dimmers, rec'd confirmation of order via email, etc. Rec'd product very quickly. I like them so much I'm going to order more. Just counting up how many more I need/want. Thanks

Great prices and great website. I will order from them again without hesitation. There was over $*** worth of merchandise ordered. I wish it was packaged just a little better. Also we had record snow and freezing temperatures that may have held up the order a few days. I don't think it was the electric bargain stores issue though. Probably more of the shipping outfit. I am doing a major addition/remodel. I could not find the 2" LED pot lights that I wanted until I contacted Electric Bargain Store. They had exactly what I wanted st 1/3 the cost of commercial lighting companies in my area. All shipping was complete and on time. I have more additions to do and will purchase much more.

I was quoted a price of over $*** for 5 smoke detectors and installation. My local big box home store did not have these in stock. Bought mine here for under $**.** with shipping, they were shipped and arrived promptly and I installed 5 of them in less than an hour!

Items shipped late. When they came they were note appropriate for my lights. Then told I would have to pay a restocking fee. With shipping not worth sending back, of no use for mr to keep. This company could have better service. Would not purchase from here again.

Your store carried a product I had been unable to find in my usual local department stores. It was delivered very promptly after I ordered it, securely wrapped by Priority Mail. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would gladly use your service again in the future.

Electric Bargain store has very competitive prices for Juno Can light trims, almost half what I saw in retail stores. I added 30 canned lights to my home and very pleased with the quickness of delivery for my project

KI have now received my items sooner than I thought and already have them installed. I am very satisfied with the way all was handled.

Product arrived quickly and was as advertised. I did have a little trouble getting the wiring adaptor to snap into my existing connector, but that was remedied by snipping off a tab that was keeping it from connecting securely.
