Product arrived quickly and was as advertised. I did have a little trouble getting the wiring adaptor to snap into my existing connector, but that was remedied by snipping off a tab that was keeping it from connecting securely.
I thought everything went very well. I was even notified ahead of time (after placing my order) that the product would be shipping to me a little later than expected. That was nice to know. Still, that didn't affect anything on my end. The smoke detector installation went well, and the items I ordered work as advertised. (Sorry for the late response (two months!), as I found this e-mail while going through my older e-mails.)
Totally satisfied. My husband showed me how to replace the 1st 3 smoke alarms and I did the next 4 smoke alarms after watching him. It was easy to replace with the adapters. I plan to do the others with his help because of the location but feel really good about having ordered them, the price, the shipment, the packing, and the ease of replacing our 14 year old smoke detectors. Just have 3 more to do. We're safe again. Will be ordering again, in 10 years as indicated on each smoke alarm.
Only site I could find "retrofit replacements" for my older style interconnected smoke detectors. Price was reasonable, shipping free and my order was processed in a very timely manor. Was very impressed that I received a follow up email after receiving my order, asking if there was issues with my order AND offering a phone # to actually get a real person to resolve any problems! This kind of customer service speaks volumes as a business truly interested in success for the long term and my go to site for any electrical parts.

The shipment was delayed due to a supply issue, but the firm notified us immediately and provided an updated delivery estimate. I appreciated their communication and the fact that they were pro-active in setting our expectations for when the delivery could be made.
Great web site. Great prices. Straightforward navigation and order taking, but fulfillment leaves a lot to be desired: stated time window is 2 to 4 days, and only then does shipping take place. My order was shipped after the four stated days and then it had to reach me on the East Coast when coming from California - a very long time to wait. Apparently there were small print disclosures on the web site that should have helped manage my expectations but I must have missed them. Had to manage my wife's impatience in getting all the lights in the kitchen back to function because the commercial dimmer they were on had died. I could easily do the fixing but my choice of supplier (and ensuing experience/delay) became questionable to my better half... Still, happy to have saved over $** bucks compared to local electrical store.
After placing an order with a bogus company on another website, I called to verify my items were in stock. After payment, I received current production items at a lower price than the big box stores. I will definitely return for future orders.

The smoke detectors were priced fairly and delivery was very fast. The first shipment of multiple units was packaged well. The second order for one unit was shipped in a bubble envelope and sustained rough handling somewhere along. The unit itself looks to be ok and worked when tested. Overall I am pleased and would buy again.
Customer service was great in helping find a replacement smoke detector. I took the 43 year old mounting plate off the wall and replaced it with my new mounting plate. I did not have drill any holes. Yeah...Simple.
Glad I found the site. Was very impressed with prices. Saved a bunch ordering carbon monoxide detectors for our facility. Was a little disappointed not getting the volume discount for a dozen, but realize that's not a lot. Customer service response was a bit abrupt with, "The price for 12 is such and such", which was the same for one. Delivery was promised on a Friday (which already was 5 biz days from purchase - a disappointment) and the order came the next Monday pm. This delayed my electrician - in fact I now have to wait for the electrician to finish another job before he gets back to me. Very disappointing.

The web site and prices are very good. But you have a poor turn around time on shipping. It took 5 business days to ship items that were in stock. Now it will take another 5 for the product to reach it's destination. Today that is pretty poor when you think of what other web sites are doing. Price and delivery go hand in hand.
