The web site and prices are very good. But you have a poor turn around time on shipping. It took 5 business days to ship items that were in stock. Now it will take another 5 for the product to reach it's destination. Today that is pretty poor when you think of what other web sites are doing. Price and delivery go hand in hand.

The box in which the units were shipped was too small. It arrived OK (as far as I can tell, units not yet installed) but the least amount of rough handling would have caused damage. There was no inside padding or other protection for the merchandise.

My products were shipped and received promptly. I also received a telephone call confirming my address which I appreciated. Product seems to be fine but I have only had them for several days and have no way of knowing who they will perform overtime. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service, when my items needed to restocked they first checked that I still wanted to place my order, since delivery would be delayed, and kept me updated on my order. Very responsive and timely. Quality of items ordered are exactly as described. Great pricing.

Electric bargain stores have contacted me about the issue of shipment on my part and I'm satisfied that they have gone above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for my electrical needs.

Although these are LEDs and the expectation is they won't burn out, would have hoped for a few replacement bulbs, as I'm not sure if they are standard and easily available in stores if needed. Felt the interval between ordering and receiving (post holiday, too) could have been shorter, by 2-3 days. The product is excellent!

First time I used this site very helpful online chat service they pointed me to the exact smoke detector replacement I was looking to upgrade too a smoke carbon monoxide detector that would be a simple plug and play swap out. That's exactly what I got changed each detector out in about 3 minutes. Terrific service.

My experience:
Due to circumstances unforseen, the material I ordered had gone out of stock by the time the order processed. I had paid for express shipping but was immediately notified of situation. Parts were shipped ASAP ( very reasonable delay) and I was refunded the difference in shipping costs hassle free.
(I actually had correspondence with a human being!)

Purchased light cans with tri kits for sloped ceilings. Researched extensively different vendors comparing prices. While the prices for these light cans are considerably higher than the standard cans, electric bargains store had the best price by far and a very good selection to chose from. I would recommend them to friends.

We ordered some white trim for cans we installed for a customer. The trim worked perfect and looked good! We needed them before the ground shipping would arrive so Electric Bargain Store switched our delivery to two day air with no problems! They were real easy to work with and very helpful. They also had the cheapest price.

Finally was able to have a handy man out to install the new smoke detectors. He was impressed by the quality & the upgrade. Every thing went really smooth for him. Thank you for your speedy delivery & giving us exactly what we ordered.

The only reason I had to call customer service is that FedEx delivered to the wrong house! (Their error, not yours.)

'Had exactly what I needed. In fact, I'm going to order another today. I only wish that I could've gotten it sooner. However, I do understand, considering the pandemic that's going on that businesses everywhere are being impacted.

The person on the phone was very helpful in explaining which product I needed and how it should be installed. The shipping time was unbelievably fast. The smoke alarms were high quality and easy to install. A pleasant experience all around.

There is a slight glitch on the website when I was trying to order having to do with payment. I contacted them, they immediately remedied the issue, And gave me a credit for my trouble. Excellent and aggravation free customer service!
